In perhaps one of the most 2020 weather moments, Tropical Storm Beta and Hurricane Teddy were seen "holding hands" over the Atlantic Ocean on Tuesday.
A satellite image tweeted by the National Weather Service Houston shows Tropical Storm Beta over the U.S. Gulf Coast connected by a front to Hurricane Teddy approaching the southeastern Canadian coast. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration satellite imagery from Tuesday morning shows the weather phenomenon.
Some Twitter users said the ominous yet whimsical photo reminded them of an evil smile, The Joker or an ode to physical distancing.
Below are some "Teddy & Beta forever" memes and reactions from social media.
