FL Star has begun construction of the Mariposa, one of the newest designs in the portfolio of homes available at Arrowhead Reserve, an intimate community of single-family homes off Lake Trafford Road in Immokalee.
The Mariposa has three bedrooms, a study and two full baths in 1,487 air-conditioned square feet. The home is priced from $206,900.

Available home designs at Arrowhead Reserve range from a three-bedroom, two-bath home with 1,297 air-conditioned square feet to a spacious three-bedroom plus study, two-bath plan with 1,915 air-conditioned square feet. A four-bedroom design is also available.
Low community association fees of $130 every quarter covers the community swimming pool, club house, lake and preserve maintenance.
In addition to the community clubhouse and pool exclusive for residents of Arrowhead Reserve, there are numerous other recreational opportunities for residents in the area.
